- Cancellation should be notified to us by mail or fax.
- Only communication charges will be Rs. 2000 per person 30 or more days before departure.
- Due to weather conditions, covid restrictions, and government restrictions, some activities may get canceled. We will try to offer an alternate activity in such cases. But no refund shall be generated for the same.

- Good shoes - Leave your heels and loafers at home. Carry a good pair of comfortable shoes to prevent foot pain while you hike or trek. Comfortable shoes will help you to stay active while improving circulation
- Sunglasses - Use sunglasses with UV protection to prevent harmful UV rays.
- Hand gloves - Get yourself synthetic gloves that have waterproof outside and padded lining inside to keep you warm.
